The holiday season is always so fun! Special family outings and activities. Baking desserts that we only make once a year. Ice skating. Sipping hot chocolate with extra marshmallows. Christmas tree farms. Decorating the house. All the twinkling lights. The smell of fresh pine, candy canes, and cinnamon. The list could go on forever! But do you know what else I really love? That Christmas time is a totally acceptable reason for all my families to show up to their sessions in pajamas! Matching family jammies, at that. Someone tell me where I can get my own set! The Wang family had it all together that even their casual wear coordinated with their sleepwear – right down to the bow tie! That takes some serious shopping skills. You go, Mama!

Ethan and Baby Dylan were total hams for the camera at the beautiful Studio House in Downtown McKinney! Mickey Mouse stole the show for the afternoon, bringing out the best smiles from Ethan. Dylan was happy enough to get all the extra snuggles and attention from big bro. Babies don't care; any reason for extra attention and they're all smiles and giggles!

 

Photographer's Tip – If your little ones have a favorite stuffed animal or toy that you don't mind making an appearance in photos, bring it! It can help bring out those real smiles that you want from them. And as a lifestyle photographer, I'm all about catching the real moments…which sometimes means Mickey Mouse comes along for the ride!
