Our Behind the Lens session this month was fabulous! This sweet student and her family were so easy to capture along the rocks. St. Louis Rocky Lake gave a peaceful backdrop. The white rocks against the water was stunning and not only did I want to explore, but so did the little ones! This St. Louis Rocky Lake Family Session will be sure to catch your eye!

I was able to play around with the composition in this gallery which made for a really fun FULL gallery! Nature often has the best things to offer us and you can see it in this family. Little ones being awestruck by the water, a sandy shoreline between your toes and a moment just for mom and dad. I loved this location, but like any session we faced distraction head on! When the little ones want to explore it's hard to capture those smiling faces straight forward. With a few posing tricks and prompts for the best candids it was still a success!
