    Let's dive into all things Client Experience! It's not hard to take amazing clients and turn them into raving fans. But here's the thing, an incredible client experience starts BEFORE the session ever begins. Wondering how?     Creating an Unforgettable Client Experience

    For starters, the biggest way to serve your clients and create an experience is your communication! Today it seems like the art of communicating struggles a bit, but it doesn't have to. One of the things I've done is create Email Templates. I've written mine on a day I was my best so every client has a professional, welcoming and excellent response. If you don't have the “gift of gab” you can grab mine and tweak them! Remember your clients are people just like you and deserve more than just a session. I send a Questionnaire, Client Experience Guide and Final Info Email to give them info, suggestions and details about their location/session.

    Lastly, be sure you're using your client's name! Know who you are serving and make them feel seen. They are the reason for the session! I also touch on the importance of a posing workflow (you can grab mine for free here) and share in detail how you can under promise and over deliver!
