Born and raised a Texas girl, becoming a Franklin, TN photographer has been a dream come true! Finding photography locations can be tricky, but Harlinsdale Farm in the heart of Franklin was probably my favorite find lately. The white barn with green accents and TONS of open land makes the perfect backdrop for any family photos.

When the Wallace family got out of their car, they looked straight from a magazine!! I knew their perfect blend of neutrals with pops of fall colors would be stunning at this location. I couldn't wait to start shooting!

I first “met” Casey and Kyle on Facebook through a mutual friend. I had posted asking for some feedback on a neighborhood we were looking at moving to, and Casey messaged me asking if I knew Laura Tye, a fellow photographer in McKinney, TX. Such a small world!! I had shot in Laura's studio several times over the years. Casey and I hit it off right away, and she and her sweet husband, Kyle, became our Nashville Realtors to help with our move from TX to Nashville. (In the area and need some amazing realtors? Check out Casey and Kyle HERE!) I was so excited to finally get to meet them in real life during this session. They're the best!

Their 4 kiddos were the sweetest, and followed directions so well!! It's always hit or miss with large family sessions going smoothly and everyone listening, but these kids were rock stars. I literally thought to myself, “4 kids…I could do that!” (Now to convince my poor husband!)

As we were shooting, the candid moments we captured in between were some of my favorites. There's just something about capturing real giggles, flirty glances, and the love that families share. It's why I do what I do.

Casey and Kyle, thank you so much for allowing me to capture these beautiful memories for you! Your family is stunning, and I hope these photos do your memories justice!
