It's that time of year again: fall mini session! This year's Adriatica Fall Minis were absolutely incredible and I'm excited to share a peek of them with you today. Most of the clients I photographed this year were actually returning clients, which is an amazing feeling. Honestly, the majority of the toddlers I photographed this year have been with me since they were babies. I can't believe they're 3, 4, and 5 now!! It's just mind-boggling! This year, we photographed fall minis at Adriatica Village in McKinney Texas and I honestly couldn't have been more excited. You know how much I love it here!! 

Adriatica Fall Minis

One thing I love about fall minis is the chance to catch up with families I've been photographing for years! These short sessions are perfect for young kids (and maybe less cooperative family members, too!) but that doesn't mean we don't have a minute to talk. Truthfully, for most mini sessions, I only need about half of the time block to get the shots we need if everyone's paying attention. The rest is great for playing and more candid shots, plus a minute to say hello. Although I couldn't give big hugs this year – I was totally giving them to everyone in my mind!

I can't say it enough: this year's sessions were just so special! I love that Adriatica Village provides so many beautiful options for locations. It meant there was lots of variety in the images for every family. And all of my families came ready to go!! So many beautiful outfits and almost all of the kids were on their best behavior – definitely fun to see their personalities now, as they've gotten bigger from the tiny babies I first captured.
