I am definitely a type A business owner and spark serious joy when I can find systems or automations to remove stress from my day. I've got a few go to resources to help me organize my daily to-dos! One thing I suggest is starting with a macro view and move into the micro view bit by bit. I love using Kat Schmoyer's Calendars. She has a Yearly Calendar to get that overall vision and Quarterly Calendars for more detail. Next, I use Trello to zoom into each month and set up boards to organize launches, content, team projects, etc. Lastly, my new favorite resource is form Ink & Volt. They have a variety of notepad organizers that allow me to put my brain down on paper! There's just something about the old school pen and paper that feels right. Be sure to watch the video below for my tips for business owners on how you can utilize all of these in your business day to day!
